It's obviously a troll. Someone's even pointed out that it's Remedial's "let's throw in the bunk sock" post.

It's not like Goon morale is at a high point right now. Things were damn low before the SOTG. You guys got a week out of it. Your Allies went home, and not just to ride bikes this time. Participation remains extremely low in Goon primetime. You've had more participation with the GeeHad Swarm. Joe B. Goon is starting to get antsy again.
Of course Goons are going to run in here (especially directors) and say, "haha troll". But, ya gotta wonder how many of the Swarm who have been saying, "the game sucks now. I had more fun flying around in a tech1 frig or cruiser not caring if I died than I do now having to show up in specific ships at specific times only to sit around in a POS shield for five hours because if my best-named and tech2 fit battleship gets blown up there isn't a free one just sitting at a Ship Maintenance Array for me."
Maybe the easiest way to get your point across in the Goon-culture is to take someone else's words and put it up here instead of serious-posting it in the Goon forums to ridicule and scorn. Get some lulz, score some forum warrior cred, but also make the point.
Hey, who knows, maybe I'm just getting meta-meta-trolled, but the timing of the post is really, really interesting. One week after the buck-up morale State of the Goonion. One week after the "mother-to-end-all-offensives" where it was supposed to be every Goon and the entire Coalition fell completely on its ass. This week nothing but whining about game mechanics -- as if that's the reason why your offensive fell apart.
It's just interesting.
